I reserve the right to decline request of commission if the art style is not in my strength. I also reserve the right to stop and refund the project if the client violated my terms of service.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned artworks for my portfolio, and the right to share the works on social media for self-promotion. The timing of publishing can be discuss.

Commissioned artworks are not allowed to be use for non fungible tokens or any related promotion.

Clients can use their commissioned Live2D art/model/rig for commercial streaming purpose. For other ranges of use, please consult with me in advance.

Clients are required to give proper & clear credits for the commissioned artwork.(For Live2D model/rig: Twitter Bio & Streaming Channel;)

Commission will take 2-6 weeks (after the payment is accepted) depending on my schedule. Clients must inform me if they have any deadline, before commission is confirmed. For rush orders, an additional 30% of the total commission will be charged.

For Live2d Model Commission(Art only): I will offer up to 3 revisions during the draft sketch stage(colored). After that, only minor revisions will be accepted. Additional revisions will be charged.

For Live2d Rigging Commission: I will offer up to 3 revisions during the rigging process. After that, only minor revisions will be accepted. Additional revisions will be charged.

Payments must be paid upfront before I start working on the commission. Payments are via Stripe, if Stripe is not supported in client's country, I will accept Paypal payment.

Commissions are non-refundable. By commissioning, clients are agree that they are able to pay for the artwork on their own ability. Client will be add to blacklist if they file Chargeback, all rights to the commissioned artworks will also be reclaimed by me.

私は、依頼されたアートスタイルが私の力量に合わない場合、依頼をお断りする権利を有します。また、依頼者が利用規約に違反した場合は、プロジェクトを中止し、部分返金をする権利を有します。

私は、依頼された作品を私のポートフォリオに使用する権利と、自己宣伝のためにソーシャルメディア上で共有する権利を有します。作品の公開時期については相談に応じます。

依頼された作品は、NFT(Non Fungible Tokens)や関連するプロモーションに使用することはできません。

Live2Dアート/モデル/リグを商業的なストリーミングのために使用することは可能です。その他の用途については、事前にご相談ください。

依頼された作品には、適切で明確なクレジットを表示する必要があります（Live2Dモデル/リグの場合、TwitterのBio欄とストリーミングチャンネルにて記載してください）。

制作依頼は支払いが確認された後、スケジュールにより2-6週間かかります。納期がある場合は、依頼が確定する前にお知らせください。お急ぎ料は依頼料総額の30％を追加で申し受けます。

Live2dモデル依頼（原画）の場合：下絵（カラーあり）の段階で3回まで修正が可能です。その後、細かい修正のみ承ります。追加の修正は有料となります。

Live2d リギング依頼の場合。リギング工程で3回まで修正が可能です。その後、細かな修正のみ承ります。追加の修正は有料となります。

支払いは、私が仕事を始める前に前払いでお願いします。支払いはStripeを通して行います。

依頼料は払い戻しできません。ご依頼いただいた場合、クライアント様はご自身の能力で作品の代金を支払うことができることに同意されたものとします。チャージバックが発生した場合、クライアントはブラックリストに登録され、依頼されたアートワークの全ての権利は私に返還されます。
